Refund & Cancellation Policy

RETURNS
We have a 7 days easy return policy.
To initiate a return request, you have to reach out to customercare.themisinggamig@gmail.com or WhatsApp us (Click the icon button) within 7 days of receiving the order. Our team will get back to you soon once you reach out to us.
If approved, the amount will be refunded in the original payment method within 8-10 business days. Please note that it might take your bank some time to reflect the same in your account.
Important Note: Please make sure that the product is in the same condition that it was received. It should be in its original packaging, unworn, unused, and with tags. Also, please keep the receipt or proof of purchase handy.
CANCELLATION
In case you want to cancel your order, please do so before the order has been shipped to avoid additional charges.
